Small groups
Training in groups of 2–4. Still individual approach, but with motivating atmosphere and better price.
Group classes
Train with others and keep each other motivated. Classes for every level – no matter how long you've been training.
How it works
Health questionnaire
You fill out a short questionnaire about your health, goals, and activity history.
Functional assessment
I check how you move, what hurts, where the limitations are. Without this, there's no good plan.
Custom training plan
Based on the questionnaire and assessment, I build a plan around you – not a copy-paste template.
Training & monitoring
We get to work. I check in on your progress regularly and adjust the plan so it keeps delivering results.

Online coaching
You get a training plan built around you. After each cycle I prepare a progress report and we go through it on video – I tell you what's working, what to change, and why. I explain everything step by step so you know exactly what we're doing.

We meet online – you fill out a questionnaire, then we discuss your goals and limitations.
Custom training plan
I build a plan tailored to you and your equipment. You get detailed descriptions for every exercise.
Report & video review
After each cycle I prepare a progress report. We review it on video – I show what to change and why.
Adjustments & growth
Based on the report I modify the plan. You always have direct contact with me for questions.

I didn't become a trainer to count reps for people. I became one because I saw too many people walk into the gym with hope – and leave with frustration. I want you to feel good in your own body. No BS, no magic methods.
