Small groups
Training in groups of 2–4. Still individual approach, but with motivating atmosphere and better price.
Group classes
Group energy, shared motivation. Classes for all levels – from beginners to advanced.

You fill out a short questionnaire about your health, goals, and activity history.
Functional assessment
I check how you move, what hurts, where the limitations are. Without this, there's no good plan.
Custom training plan
Based on the questionnaire and assessment, I create a plan tailored to you – not to a generic client.
Training & monitoring
We start working. I regularly analyze progress and adjust the plan to keep results moving forward.

Online coaching
Train wherever you are – I guide you step by step.
You get a custom training plan, and after each training cycle I prepare a detailed progress report. We review it together via video – I explain what's working, what needs to change, and why. Everything step by step, so you fully understand what we're doing.
Questionnaire & video call
We meet online – you fill out a questionnaire, then we discuss your goals and limitations.
Custom training plan
I build a plan tailored to you and your equipment. You get detailed descriptions for every exercise.
Report & video review
After each cycle I prepare a progress report. We review it on video – I show what to change and why.
Adjustments & growth
Based on the report I modify the plan. You always have direct contact with me for questions.

I didn't become a trainer to count reps for people. I became one because I saw too many people walk into the gym with hope – and leave with frustration. I want you to feel good in your own body. No BS, no magic methods.
